Dirt Cheap is a family business out of a shop on Edmund Highway in West Columbia, founded by Kevin and April Miller. The company tears down structures and moves dirt around the Midlands, and our own crew is in the excavator seat on your job. The office keeps the schedule, the paperwork and the phone. The name gets people in the door, but the equipment is what keeps the calendar full. Full size CASE excavators, dozers and a tri axle Kenworth dump truck handle work that smaller outfits pass on: two story houses, burnt shells, churches, strip malls and the condemned structures towns and counties need gone. The same iron clears lots, cuts grades, digs trenches and sets septic systems.

A two story house needs a full size excavator, not a rental mini. We size the equipment to the job, which is why teardowns finish in days and the lot behind them is actually clean.
The job is not done at the slab. Concrete comes out, the hole gets filled, the ground gets graded to drain. If the lot needs clearing, a driveway or a septic system, the same crew handles it.
